It is the most initial test of ISSB which conduct in the morning. You will get 100 Verbal questions time 60 minutes and 38 Non-verbal Questions time is 20 minutes. 

Practice and practice. There is no alternative.

ISSB IQ test has various types of questions, such as verbal, non-verbal.

In verbal test there are jumble words, letter difference, True false, Direction etc types of question.

The results are typically announced within a few minutes after the IQ test is conducted.

If you don't understand a question, skip it and come back to it later if time allows. Don't spend too much time on one question. You will see unanswered questions as red color in navigation. And answered questions as green color. So that you can easily navigate.

ISSB provides instructions and assistance if you're not familiar with operating a computer during the IQ test. But you know you should have basic computer knowledge before coming to ISSB. Why I'm saying so cause otherwise you may get nervous and have difficulty answering your questions. It will take too much time from you.
