Why do they want to know about visited places in Bangladesh, and how should I represent them in Biodata? Should I mention only renowned areas or district names, including dates?

There is no particular reason why they want to know about it. You should only mention where you visited cause If you write false renowned areas or district names then DP may ask you detailed questions about those places.
