Do not say that you are a chain smoker. You should say, “Sir, I smoke occasionally when I’m out with my friends. Smoking is not a daily thing for me.” (Reply based on your situation. These are the answer to provide you a perspective what kinds of conversation you may do with your DP)

It is okay to be a smoker as an ISSB candidate so do not keep any such plans. Even if the medical tests do not show anything there is a high possibility that the D.P will understand that you are lying.

Talk about where you were born. Which schools you went to. Talk about how you interacted with your siblings and your parents while growing up. Mention a story you remember from your childhood.But obviously please make sure you are a good story teller about yourself at least. This question has wide scope to share about you, This is an open ended question which has maximum privilege to share about your thoughts. 

Also remember, you are having a conversation and you may speak freely about your experiences in life. Be proud of your family and be grateful for the circumstances you grew up with.

The following may serve as damaging information to your character:

Substance abuse.

Sensitive information regarding your sex life.

Procrastination.

Check whether the door says ‘Push’ or ‘Pull’. If there is nothing written then knock on the door and wait for permission. Before entering, give Salam and ask if you may go in. Once you’re inside, stand straight beside the chair and when provided permission, sit down without making any sound. Your footsteps must also make minimal sound or no sound if possible.

He may welcome you by saying Hello Amzad. I hope you are having a great time at ISSB. Your reply should be“Yes sir I’m enjoying being here with my beloved team members, hope you’re also having a great time.”
