What If I get a simple and common topic, should I take extra time to explain more?

Keep it simple! Don't worry about making it longer. Clear and concise is better than stretching it unnaturally.

How much time can I take to deliver my speech?

You've got around 3 minutes. Use it wisely, don't rush, and cover your main points. Quality matters more than quantity.

Can I throw questions at the time of an extempore speech to another candidate like a debate?

Usually not allowed. Stick to the speech format. 

What about my voice tone?

Speak clearly with some variation in your tone. Don't be afraid to express emotions. A conversational tone is your friend!

What If I take less time and end my speech?

Great! Use any extra time to strengthen your points. You're in control. Make sure each word counts.

What should I do if no one listens to my speech?

Keep speaking confidently, and they'll listen to you.

What if I don’t know about given topics?

No stress! Stay calm and use your common sense. Share what you know confidently. It's not about knowing everything; it's about expressing yourself clearly.

What body language should I maintain? Standing, Hand closed or not?

What If I stop in the middle of a speech?

No big deal! Take a deep breath, collect your thoughts, and continue. Everyone understands that speaking can be nerve-wracking.

What If I make grammatical mistakes?

How to remove my fear of public speaking?

What is the importance of the test?

This test checks how well you think and express yourself. These skills are important for officers. Just be yourself, and show them what you've got!

Can I deliver my speech in Bangla?

Typically, it's in English.

Will it be a lottery system?

Yes, You have to choice a token from a box and there will be 2 topics. You have to speech on one topic between two.

What if I have bad fluency in speaking?

If speaking fluently is a challenge, don't worry! Practice regularly to improve. Read out loud, talk to friends, and watch English videos and movies. The more you practice, the more confident you'll become.

May I change my topic?

Changing topics is not usually allowed. Be ready for anything! Practice speaking on various subjects so you feel comfortable discussing different topics.

Should I make eye contact with GTO?

Absolutely! It shows confidence but do not seek unnatural attention from him. Try to look at the GTO and others while speaking. It helps build a connection. Remember only when you are giving extempore speech as GTO will seat in front of you , so you can make eye contact sometimes. But maximum eye contact should be with your groupmates.

What if I don't maintain eye contact with GTO/candidate but my fluency is good?

Good fluency is a plus! Still, try to look at people when you can. It builds a connection and shows confidence.
