Group Discussion

What body language should I maintain during discussions and listening?

In discussions, keep your body language open. Sit comfortably, make eye contact, and show you're paying attention. Avoid crossing your arms, fidgeting, or looking uninterested. When listening, focus on the speaker, and don't interrupt. Use your expressions and posture to show you're engaged. Positive body language helps express your interest and respect in a conversation.

How should I handle a debate with another candidate?

Speak up politely without attacking anyone personally. Stay calm, be open-minded, and respect others' opinions. Encourage everyone and work together respectfully, showcasing your communication skills. Disagreeing won't give you extra points, and you don't know who will be chosen. It's smart to avoid arguments. You're here to show your teamwork skills. If someone starts a debate, use your emotional intelligence to turn it into a constructive discussion.
