PAT

Is it true that ISSB 90% depends on the test?

Powered by Froala Editor

No, ISSB looks at various aspects, and while the Physical Ability Test (PAT) is crucial, it's not the only thing considered. If PAT doesn't go perfectly, don't worry. You might get a yellow card, but you'll get a chance to improve in the next ISSB board.

What if I can’t complete a task but good at others?

Do your best in every task. If you struggle in the Physical Test (PAT), it's okay, but if there's a big problem like being scared of heights for activities like chin-ups or crossing a bridge, it could affect your result in PAT. But It would not affect your selection. They will give you enough time to improve. But It is suggested to prepare yourself for the better at the first stage.

What are the sequence and timing set for the test?

Usually it is 1 min 30 seconds to complete 7 tasks. [included the updated information with speedrun]

What if I make a lot of mistakes in the test? Should I express it to GTO?

Powered by Froala Editor

It's cool to admit mistakes, but don't overdo it. Focus on doing better in the next tasks. Remember, everyone slips up a bit. Not every little mistakes should not share to GTO. It may show your unnatural attention seeking that you are too honest. Be yourself and try to show natural behavior.
